“Arise, My Beloved” at Holy Rosary Church
On April 13th, 2025 (Palm Sunday), Sestina Choir performed my latest choral work during a Cleveland Composers Guild concert at Holy Rosary Church, in Cleveland. Founded and directed by Dr. Anna O'Connell, “Sestina Cleveland” is a vocal ensemble specializing in early 17th-century madrigals and sacred music. The soloist heard in the video is Abby Hakel. At the piano: Eric Charnofsky. Recording by Enharmonic Records.
The Poiesis quartet plays "scherzo"
On March 16, 2025, at Cleveland State University (Drinko Hall), the award-winning Poiesis Quartet played a concert of new chamber music for strings written by selected members of the Cleveland Composers Guild. I was beyond thrilled that they chose to perform my “Scherzo” and did an amazing job doing it! Their talent and passion shines through. It was a joy working with them.
WAVES - New Single Out Now
My latest solo piano piece, after "Ricorrenze," is based on a 2-note micro pattern woven within gradually expanding arpeggios meant to recall the fluctuations of sea waves and currents.
